The hurricane shield system was developed by MTI and is currently in use.... It's inner workings are classified...We believe we can control the path of hurricanes based on electrical charges generated by our towers....With precise activation we can create a plus and minus field which will either repel or shift a hurricane. Although our technology is simplistic it has to be manipulated correctly and safely. If it is not done correctly the shield can act unpredictably.... Currently we are conducting full testing in 2006 and 2007.
