I have not heard anything about this.? We have tried to get the government interested, we have contacted investors and the private sector... They cannot believe the possibilities...they called us liars, weather hijackers....they said if we can control the weather we could rule the world.
So why did we do this?... simple... we saw massive destruction due to hurricanes in Florida.... After a long night of drinking with some local genius’s ... yes really... a drawing on a napkin took shape and a challenge was born....
